Welcome to the DeKalb County Swim Team (Kishwaukee Family YMCA) Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer online registration.  The process is simple for both new and returning members. You’ll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily register for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children’s swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more. 

Payments for summer team fees will be processed through our established billing system.  If you are enrolled in electronic payments you will be billed twice during the summer.  This will include the initial payment being billed on June 1st with payment due by June 5.  The second payment will be billed on July 1st, and is due by July 5.   If you choose to pay by check, you will be billed for the full summer season fee on June 1 and it will be due by June 5th.   Please note - there is a $20 per season convenience fee for paying by credit card.   We encourage you to enroll in ACH payments from your checking or savings account as this helps DCST in the collection process.  If you have any billing questions, please contact our assistant treasurer, Danielle Schultz at schultfzfest@juno.com

When you get to the last step of registration, it will ask for payment.  HOWEVER, since we do not charge a fee to register for summer, please select credit card as the payment type and proceed.  You will not be asked for credit card information nor will you incur any charge.  But this step will complete the registration process. 

Registration Requirements:

PRACTICE GROUP FEES FOR SUMMER 2013:

New swimmers* (regardless of practice group except Bull Dogs/National Team)

• Total Fee = $164

• If paying  by credit card or ACH, 1st monthly payment of $82 will be billed June 1 and second monthly payment of $82 will be billed on July 1.  Both payments are due by the 5th of the month.

• If you are paying by check, the full amount will be billed on June 1st and is due by June 5th. 
   

Terriers / Golden Retrievers / Greyhounds Practice Groups

• Total Fee = $214

• If paying by credit card or ACH, 1st monthly payment of $107 will be billed June 1 and second monthly payment of $107 will be billed on July 1. Both payments are due by the 5th of the month.

• If you are paying by check, the full amount will be billed on June 1st and is due by June 5th.

Huskies / St. Bernards / Great Danes Practice Groups 

• Total Fee = $248

• If paying by credit card or ACH, 1st monthly payment of $124 will be billed June 1 and second monthly payment of $124 will be billed on July 1. Both payments are due by the 5th of the month.

• If you are paying by check, the full amount will be billed on June 1st and is due by June 5th.

Lab / Newfoundland Practice Groups 

• Total Fee = $280

• If paying by credit card or ACH, 1st monthly payment of $140 will be billed June 1 and second monthly payment of $140 will be billed on July 1. Both payments are due by the 5th of the month.

• If you are paying by check, the full amount will be billed on June 1st and is due by June 5th.

Bulldogs/National Team Practice Group 

• Total Fee = $444

• If paying by credit card or ACH, 1st monthly payment of $222 will be billed June 1 and second monthly payment of $222 will be billed on July 1. Both payments are due by the 5th of the month.

• If you are paying by check, the full amount will be billed on June 1st and is due by June 5th

College Swimmers (one time payment for the entire summer)

• 1 payment of $95.   

4.   United States Swimming (USS) Fee - $60 per swimmer
